Developed as a direct replacment for the standard clipcord, the Gunrunner clipcord system can be fitted in minutes. The unique design incorporates strong Neodymium-Iron-Boron magnets. Nickel plated to prevent rusting, the large surface area provided when the connection is made enables full current from the supply cable direct to the machine. The magnets in the clipcord head are set to make the clipcord "polarity conscious" so it will only fit on one way. The clipcord head also has a shroud to prevent shorting the contacts if accidentally place near a conductive surface. The magnetic bond, although strong enough to hold the weight of a tattoo machine, can be pulled apart easily providing a quick-change solution when using different machines.
