These do offer significant capacity benefits and can increase order picking speeds dramatically when grouped so that one operator can pick from three or four carousels.

We have fitted horizontal carousels in office storage areas and they have been used for many years for medical records storage where quick access is required.
Individual bays can have their own unique shelving or product storage layout so many different size components can be stored on the same carousel.
